Meet the Team

Megan Schiaffo, LPC

I believe that each client is the guide of their own individual therapeutic journey, and that through collaboration and connection, we can work together to achieve their therapeutic mental health and wellness goals and improve overall quality of life

I work with clients on a wide range of issues, including (but not limited to) anxiety disorders, unipolar depression, interpersonal relationship issues, communication and assertiveness skills, attachment styles, self-esteem issues, phase of life issues, and various other mental health concerns.

Bayley Lee, LPC, C-DBT

Therapists, to me, are the GPS to guide others on the path they want to travel. I understand roads can be hard, rocky, or maybe smooth, but with guidance, you don’t have to be alone on it

I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Working with diverse groups of clients, though I would say my primary subgroups would be individuals who may be struggling with- but not limited to- Depression, Gender exploration, Trauma, ADHD, and Anxiety.

During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create goals for addressing them in a way that helps alleviate symptoms.
