Therapeutic Scope and Eligibility
Lunar Therapy Space provides online mental health counseling designed to support your personal growth. Services are available only to individuals residing in jurisdictions where our therapists are licensed. Telehealth carries unique risks and benefits; while it offers convenience, it may lack the nuances of face-to-face interaction. Confidentiality is strictly maintained via secure, HIPAA-compliant technology, though exceptions exist for mandatory reporting of harm. Clients must ensure a private space and stable internet connection to maintain the integrity of our sessions.
Financial Policies and Emergencies
Payment for sessions is due at the time of service. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations; otherwise, the full session fee may apply. Please note that Lunar Therapy Space is not a crisis center. In the event of a mental health emergency or immediate risk of harm, you must contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately, as we cannot provide 24/7 monitoring. All communications between sessions should be limited to scheduling. By proceeding, you consent to treatment under the laws governing our clinical practice.
